Connecting Juvonno

On a call, your agent can:

  • Check openings for a kind of appointment — “massage”, “physiotherapy initial assessment” — and offer the nearest alternatives when a day is full.
  • Book the caller in, matching them to their patient record by the number they’re calling from.
  • Register a new patient from their name, date of birth, and gender, then book in the same step.
  • Cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment, reading the options aloud when the patient has more than one.
  • Your clinic’s Juvonno subdomain — the first part of the address you sign in at, as in your-clinic.juvonno.com.
  • An API key, created in Juvonno under Settings › Integrations. Treat it like a password: anyone holding it can read patient records through Juvonno’s API.
  • Callspace books through one provider at a time. Disconnect Google Calendar, Calendly, or Jobber first.

The Juvonno integration screen, not yet connected

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and choose Configure on the Juvonno tile.
  2. Enter your subdomain and API key, then choose Connect Juvonno. Callspace checks the credentials on the spot, so a typo fails here.
  3. Pick your clinic location from the list Callspace loads. Booking stays off until you choose one, and the agent books everything at that location.
  4. Open AI Agent → Booking & Calendar and turn on Enable Phone Booking.

Openings come from Juvonno: practitioner schedules, appointment types, and their lengths are all read from the clinic. Two Callspace settings still apply:

  • Timezone — how times are spoken.
  • Lead time — the minimum notice before the earliest slot offered.

The appointment types your agent offers are your Juvonno schedule types. Asked for something else, it reads back the types you do offer.

  1. Call from a number with an existing patient record and book something.
  2. Check in Juvonno that the appointment is on the right practitioner’s schedule, at the right location, under the right appointment type.
  3. Call from an unknown number and let the agent register you as a new patient — that path collects a date of birth and gender, and it’s worth hearing.

On the Juvonno screen, choose Disconnect under Danger zone. Your agent stops looking up patients and stops booking. Everything in Juvonno stays as it is.
