Working the inbox
Conversations in the sidebar is one thread per contact, with calls and texts together.

- Tabs across the top filter the list: All, Not replied, Unread, and Archived. Not replied is the list of people still waiting on a human.
- Each row carries a sentiment tag — Positive, Neutral, or Negative — read from how the conversation went.
Reading a conversation

Open a thread and calls appear inline alongside texts, in order. Each call carries:
- What happened, in a few lines.
- Action items — what came out of the call, as a checklist.
- Follow-up — questions worth asking that the call left open.
- Show transcript — the full word-for-word record.
Reply by SMS in the same thread underneath. Write and Send, or Save draft for a colleague to review.
The contact panel
Section titled “The contact panel”The right-hand panel holds the caller’s phone number and email, when they were last active, how long they’ve been a contact, and which channels they use. The AI summary and key takeaways repeat here while you type.
Contacts
Section titled “Contacts”
Contacts in the sidebar is the same people as a searchable list, with filters and per-row icons to start a message or a call. Callers become contacts automatically. Import and Add contact at the top right bring your existing list across.
A daily routine
Section titled “A daily routine”- Open Not replied and clear anything waiting on a person.
- Scan for Negative sentiment and deal with those directly.
- Skim the rest for action items nobody has picked up.
