Jobber integration
Every call ends as a client and a request in Jobber.
Missed calls are missed jobs, and jobs written on the back of an invoice never make it into Jobber. Callspace answers, works out who is calling, and writes them into Jobber as a client with a request attached — then books the on-site assessment against your real Jobber schedule before the caller hangs up.
What it does on a call
Finds the client before creating one
The AI looks up the caller in Jobber by phone number first. Repeat customers get matched to their existing record instead of creating the duplicate your office would spend Monday morning merging.
Creates new clients from the call
A first-time caller becomes a Jobber client with their name, company, phone, and email — captured in conversation, not typed in afterwards.
Logs the job as a request
What the caller actually needs is written into Jobber as a request, with a one-line title and their own description of the problem. It lands in your workflow where a lead belongs.
Reads your real Jobber schedule
Availability comes from Jobber itself, so the AI only offers times your crew is genuinely free. If the requested day is full, it says so and offers the nearest openings.
Books the on-site assessment
The AI books the assessment against the request it just created, with the reason for the visit recorded as instructions so whoever shows up knows what they are walking into.
Reschedules on the same call
If the caller changes their mind about the time before hanging up, the AI moves the assessment rather than leaving you to fix it later.

How to turn it on

Open Settings → Integrations → Jobber
Find Jobber in your Callspace integrations list and open it.

Connect your Jobber account
Click Connect Jobber and approve access in Jobber. Client lookup, client creation, and request creation start working immediately.

Set your booking hours
To book assessments as well, go to Settings → AI Agent → Booking and set the hours you accept appointments, your timezone, and how long an assessment runs.

Turn on phone booking
Switch on Enable Phone Booking. Availability is read from your Jobber schedule from that point on.
Before you start
- A Jobber account you can authorise — the connection is made through Jobber’s own approval screen.
- Creating clients and requests needs the connection only. Booking assessments also needs Enable Phone Booking switched on.
- One booking provider at a time. If Google Calendar or Calendly is connected, disconnect it before connecting Jobber.
Questions
Will it create duplicate clients for repeat callers?
It checks Jobber for an existing client by phone number before it creates anything, and only creates a new record when there is genuinely no match.
Does availability come from Jobber or from Callspace?
From Jobber. The AI reads your actual schedule, so it will not offer a slot your crew is already booked into.
Can I connect Jobber without letting the AI book?
Yes. Client lookup, client creation, and request creation run as soon as Jobber is connected. Booking only starts once you switch on Enable Phone Booking.
What happens in Jobber if I disconnect?
The AI stops reading and writing to Jobber. Every client, request, and assessment it already created stays exactly where it is.
Does the AI create quotes or invoices?
No. It creates clients, requests, and assessments — the front of the workflow. Quoting and invoicing stay with you in Jobber.
