Why we built this
Dentists, salon owners, shop managers, contractors — every one of them told us the same thing. The phone rings while your hands are full, nobody leaves a voicemail, and the caller books with whoever picks up next. Hiring a receptionist costs more than a small business clears in a slow month, and an answering service just takes a message, which is the thing that already wasn't working.
So we built the thing we wanted to hand them: forward your phone, and something picks up on the first ring, asks the questions you'd ask, puts the appointment on your calendar, and texts you what happened. Five minutes to set up, no contract, and you can switch it off whenever you want.
We're a small team, we answer our own support email, and we'd rather hear that something is broken than not hear from you at all.
