Patients book by phone into your Juvonno schedule.
Your practitioners’ schedules, appointment types, and patient records already live in Juvonno. Callspace answers the phone, offers openings from those schedules, and writes the appointment into Juvonno while the patient is on the line. A first-time caller is registered as a new patient in the same call.

What it does on a call.

Openings from your practitioners’ schedules
The AI matches what the caller asks for to your Juvonno appointment types and offers real openings. If the type they name does not exist, it tells them which ones do. When the day they want is full, it offers the nearest alternatives.

New patients registered during the call
When the caller’s number matches no patient, the AI takes their name, date of birth, and contact details, creates the patient in Juvonno, and books the visit in the same step.

No double bookings
Juvonno accepts overlapping appointments, so the AI checks the slot is still open right before it books. If someone else took it, the caller is offered another time.

Reschedules and cancels from caller ID
A returning patient is matched by phone number. If they have several upcoming appointments, the AI reads them back and asks which one to change, and it can move a visit to another practitioner’s opening.

Setup
How to turn it on.
- 01
Connect
Open Settings → Integrations, choose Configure on the Juvonno tile, and enter your clinic’s Juvonno subdomain and an API key created in Juvonno under Settings › Integrations. The credentials are checked on the spot.

Choose your location
Pick the clinic location from the list Callspace loads from Juvonno. Every phone booking goes to that location.
- 03
Turn on phone booking
Go to AI Agent → Booking & Calendar and switch on Enable Phone Booking. The next caller can book.
Before you start
- A Juvonno API key and your clinic’s Juvonno subdomain.
- A clinic location selected. Booking stays off until one is chosen.
- One booking provider at a time. If Google Calendar, Calendly, Jobber, or Cliniko is connected, disconnect it before connecting Juvonno.

Questions we get asked.
Where do I set practitioner availability?
In Juvonno. Practitioner schedules, appointment types, and visit lengths all come from Juvonno. Your timezone, lead time, and how far ahead callers can book are set in Callspace.
How does the AI know which patient is calling?
By the phone number they call from. If it matches a patient in Juvonno, the AI books onto that record. If it matches none, the AI registers the caller as a new patient.
Can the AI book into more than one location?
Phone bookings go to the one clinic location you choose when you connect.
Does it work on calls the AI places?
Yes. Recall and confirmation calls use the same Juvonno booking, so a patient who agrees to come in is booked before the call ends.
What happens if I disconnect?
Callspace stops booking into Juvonno. Nothing in Juvonno is changed, and appointments already booked stay where they are.
