Your AI agent
Letting callers book appointments
Connect a calendar, set the hours your agent is allowed to book, and send bookings into the tools you already use.
Updated
With booking switched on, your agent can offer real time slots and put the appointment straight on your calendar, instead of promising that someone will call back.

Three things before booking works
Enable Phone Booking stays off until you’ve done all three:
- Connect a calendar. Choose Connect Google Calendar and authorise the account you want appointments written to. Your agent reads it for availability, so it won’t book over anything already there.
- Set your booking hours. Toggle each day on or off and set a start and end time. These are the hours your agent is allowed to offer — not necessarily your opening hours. Plenty of businesses answer the phone from 7:00 AM but don’t want the first appointment before 9:00.
- Set your timezone. Below the hours. Get this wrong and every slot your agent offers is off by the difference.
Sundays and any other day you toggle off simply never come up as an option.
Sending bookings elsewhere

Integrations in the sidebar connects Callspace to the tools you already run. Available now:
- Google Calendar — book appointments directly onto your calendar.
- Calendly — book callers into your existing event types.
- Jobber — create clients and requests from calls your agent handles, and book on-site assessments.
- Juvonno — look up patients and book, reschedule, or cancel appointments in your clinic’s Juvonno schedule.
- Shopify — look up orders and help callers with order status, shipping address changes, and cancellations.
Each shows a Configure button. Others — including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Pipedrive, Zapier, Stripe, Attio, and n8n — are marked Coming Soon and aren’t connectable yet.
Booking runs through one provider at a time. Connecting a second one is refused until you disconnect the first, so the agent is never guessing which calendar is the real one.
Testing it
Call your own number and book an appointment as if you were a customer. You’re checking three things: that the slots your agent offers fall inside your booking hours, that the appointment lands on the right calendar, and that the times are in the timezone you expect.
Do this once after setup and again any time you change your hours.
